Akehirogeru no Jutsu

Jutsu Name: Akehirogeru [Reveal Hidden Contents]
Description: The user makes a series of handseals and smashes his hands into the ground. They would emit chakra into the ground and it would move at a rapid speed. The chakra that is spread out gives the user a mental image of a map of his surroundings within a radius, depending on the amount of chakra that has been emitted.
The ‘mind-map’ gives the user a vision of the geographical map of the area. This way they are able to find possible hide-outs of the fleeing enemies.
However, because the user has to monitor his own mind, he won’t be able to communicate with the outside world while performing the jutsu. The concentration costs are enormous, so if the user is touched while using this jutsu they will awake from there ‘trance’.
Prerequisite: None.
Additional Info: This is a high level ANBU tracking jutsu. It can only be learned if taught to you by one of the captains. In this case; me. I will learn it first and then… well… pass it forwards. xD

You would not be able to 'see' heat radiations, nor feel sound levels since that's kind of a blood line trait thing. You would only be able to see a geographical map of the area. You won't see trees or anything, but you will be able to see a basic terrain.
And B ranks are a little... sketchy... if you want to teach a Chuunin jutsus. Some of them are allowed, while others won't work. But this isn't one of those cases so you can teach it to Iradou.

How about just being able to sence vibrations in the ground? since you have your chakra imbedded in some amounts in the ground.
