More Mist Ninjutsu

Character: Fukahire Asanagi, but open to any Mist character

Jutsu Name: Mugen Ido no Jutsu (Infinite Water Well Technique)
Jutsu Rank: C
Jutsu Description: Basically, this is an ability that allows the Mist shinobi to condense moisture in the air as a source of water for suiton he might not be able to perform otherwise. This cannot be performed in a dry area, like a desert.
Stamina 15, Ninjutsu 15 = One Gaara-sized gourd of water can be formed.
Stamina 25, Ninjutsu 25 = Two Gaara-sized gourds of water can be formed.
Stamina 40, Ninjutsu 40 = Three Gaara-sized gourds of water can be formed.
Stamina 50, Ninjutsu 50 = Four Gaara-sized gourds of water can be formed.

Jutsu Name: Suiton Fugu no Jutsu (Water Element Blowfish Technique)
Jutsu Rank: C
Jutsu Description: The shinobi inhales and spits out a barrage of ten water needles at the target. Once they hit something, the needles lose their shape and revert to normal water. Needs a water source or a battlefield that isn't too dry, like a desert.

Jutsu Name: Mizu no Yoroi (Armor of Water)
Jutsu Rank: C
Jutsu Description: This jutsu uses chakra to cover the user with a thin, flexible, but durable layer of water. It protects against some katons and taijutsu moves, but it drains the wearer's stamina, makes them slower, and makes them more vulnerable to electricity attacks. This can be held up to three posts.

Jutsu Name: Suishahou no Jutsu (Water Archery Technique)
Jutsu Rank: C
Jutsu Description: An upgraded version of Suiton Fugu, the user inhales and spits out up to six "arrows" of water from his mouth with enough force to pierce a plank of wood. They are the size of his forearm and return to normal water after hitting something. Needs a water source or a battlefield that isn't too dry, like a desert.

Jutsu Name: *Suiren Yaezaki (Water Lily Double Blossom)
Jutsu Rank: C
Jutsu Description: Must be done with a water source, on top of a continuous surface. After forming handseals, the user puts both hands down on the water source and feeds his chakra into it, forcing the water to zigzag out like two ropes at the desired target across some sort of surface. After reaching the target, the water crashes up and outwards in a bouquet of two-foot-tall spikes, which retain their shape for one additional post before falling. The range is about fifty feet. The user must keep his hands on the water source until the jutsu hits something.

1. That's a good idea ^^ Umm... I think it should be C rank and the size is determined by stamina and ninjutsu, not force. Stamine to keep it condensed and ninjutsu to be able to use it... yeah. I also think that both should be at 15 for one Gaara-sized gourd of water. 25 for two, and 40 for three, and 50 for four. And this should also only be used near a water source and the area isn't too dry.
2. How many needles do you shoot per use? 5? This should also be C rank.
3. How long can you hold this for before you run out of chakra?
4. I think this one is good.
5. I'm a little confused on this one. Does this jutsu send out water then rise above the target and fall on them like spikes? Or is it something else? Also, do you have to stay on the water and keep your hands on it until the spikes drop?

1. Changed to C rank, edited the requirements. I chose Force as a decider because half of the stat's definition is 'power of jutsu'. And, I added the no dry area part but not the water source requirement because... The point of this jutsu is getting yourself a water source when there isn't one to begin with. If you need a water source to get yourself a water source... well, this jutsu wouldn't make much sense.

5. It's kind of like a bunch of small stalagmites bursting up from the ground, except they're made of water. And the 'hands stay on' is a good idea--added that in.
